Description
Chevrolet’s first-generation Camaro set the tone for pony car performance and style, and the 1967 RS/SS variant remains one of the most desirable models. While factory originals are prized, the resto-mod movement has elevated these classics with modern drivetrains, comfort, and reliability—without sacrificing vintage charm.
This custom 1967 Chevrolet Camaro is a true RS/SS car that’s been transformed into a resto-mod with just over 9,000 miles of use since build completion. Finished in Bolero Red paint over a reupholstered red leather interior, it features a rebuilt LS1 V8 paired with a Tremec six-speed manual transmission. The seller notes the car completed a 4,500-mile Route 66 road trip from Michigan to Arizona and back without issue, and claims to have averaged over 25 highway miles per gallon thanks to its 3.31 rear gear ratio.
Located in Portage, Michigan, this Camaro combines classic looks with modern performance and is now ready for its next caretaker.
