Description

The 1957 Chevrolet Bel Air stands as one of the most enduring icons of American automotive design, defined by its jet‑age fins, clean body lines, and unmistakable presence. As the crown jewel of the Tri‑Five era, the ’57 Bel Air has been a favored platform for street machines, restomods, and classic cruisers for decades—valued for its timeless styling and its ability to accept modern performance upgrades while retaining its unmistakable silhouette.

This 1957 Chevrolet Bel Air has been repowered with a 383 cubic-inch small‑block Chevrolet V8 paired with a TREMEC five‑speed manual transmission, breathing through an aluminum radiator and supported by an MSD ignition system. Additional equipment includes Vintage Air air conditioning system, an aftermarket grille, and 16-inch polished American Racing Torq Thrust wheels wrapped in staggered BFGoodrich G‑Force tires.

The car was reportedly refinished under previous ownership in black and has been modified with color‑matched bumpers, deleted brightwork, and a smoothed, monochrome aesthetic. The interior features a two-tone black and grey leatherette and cloth upholstery, a Grant steering wheel, and digital instrumentation.

Service in preparation for the sale included suspension work, replacement of the fuel tank float, and an oil change.

This modified 1957 Chevrolet Bel Air is now offered with a recent service record and a clean Florida title in the seller’s name.
