Description
OFFERED WITHOUT RESERVE
The iconic 1957 Chevy is celebrated for its jet-inspired tailfins, flowing curves, and distinctive hood rockets. This automotive legend came in two- and four-door hardtop, sedan, convertible, and wagon body styles. And it could be equipped with a six-cylinder, 265 cu-in V8, or 283-cu-in V8 engine, paired with either a three-speed manual or a two-speed Powerglide automatic.
While the more expensive Bel Air got the lion’s share of the spotlight, shrewd buyers bought the 210. Unlike the gold-trimmed Bel Air, the 210 emphasized silver accents on the grille, nose, and “V” emblems, along with understated fin trim. There were no front fender louvers, it got smaller wheel covers, and the fins came without stainless inserts and shorter brightwork on the top.
Inside, the 210 offered a roomy bench seat and a dashboard centered around a large speedometer, framed by a classic steering wheel and finished with a silver Chevrolet script.
This stunning 1957 Chevy 210 Coupe underwent a restoration over 20 years ago. It is draped in bright red paint, and wears high-end Bel Air accents including premium fin trim, gold accents, and Bel Air dash trim. And it has been upgraded with a powerful 454 big-block V8, a four-speed auto trans, and four-wheel disc brakes. Highlights
