Description

The "Tri-Five" series Chevrolets stand as one of the most recognizable icons of the 1950s, celebrated for its bold styling and sweeping chrome accents that have given it enormous popularity among customizers and hot‑rod builders for decades. This beloved 1950s platform has long served as a foundation for period‑inspired customs, performance builds, and rockabilly‑era hot rods.

Prior to the seller's acquisition, this 1956 210 Sport Coupe was refinished in its current metallic orange with purple flames. It rides on 17" American Racing Torq Thrust wheels and features a reupholstered black vinyl interior and replacement glass all around. Power comes from a 350ci small‑block Chevrolet V8 topped with an Edelbrock carburetor and paired with a Muncie four‑speed manual transmission, which delivers power to a nine-inch rear end. Stopping power comes via a four-wheel disc brake setup, and the seller reports that the car features a 1970s Camaro-sourced front subframe.

Work under current ownership included replacement of fuel system components and an oil change.

This modified 1956 Chevrolet 210 Sport Coupe is now offered with service manuals, parts receipts, boxes of uninstalled parts, and a clean Texas title in the seller’s name.
