Description
OFFERED WITHOUT RESERVE
The Ford Model A succeeded the legendary Model T in 1928, quickly becoming America's top choice. For 1929, the first full calendar year of production, Ford built more than 1.5 million Model As in multiple body styles. The stylish Sport Coupe added a fold-out rumble seat to the standard two-door coupe, extending seating capacity and giving the body a more rakish roofline that distinguished it from the plainer Business Coupe.
This 1929 Ford Model A Sport Coupe was refurbished by the seller's father and grandfather circa 2003 and is finished in the two-tone Chicle Drab and Copra Drab, a factory color combination, and features a black vinyl roof, a gray cloth bench seat, and a vinyl-upholstered rumble seat. The pale-yellow wire wheels complement the two-tone body.
Power comes from a 201ci inline-four engine, which is mated to a sliding-gear three-speed manual transmission.
This 1929 Ford Model A Sport Coupe is offered at no reserve with a clean Louisiana title in the seller’s name.
