Description
OFFERED WITHOUT RESERVE
Introduced on 7 November 1996, the fifth-generation Prelude retained its front-engine, front-wheel-drive (FF) layout with an independent front suspension and 63/37 weight distribution. While maintaining the two-door notchback style, the design was less aggressive and more angular. Slightly larger than its predecessor, it boasted a 1.4 inch longer wheelbase and a 3.2 inch overall increase in size. Base curb weight increased by 145 pounds, with interior dimensions remaining nearly identical, while trunk space expanded by nearly 1 cubic foot. A wonderful driving experience combined with a sleek design ensures the Prelude's place in the minds of enthusiasts to this day.
