OFFERED WITHOUT RESERVE
The Nissan Skyline GT-R represents the pinnacle of Japanese performance engineering. Known worldwide by its legendary nickname “Godzilla,” the GT-R redefined what a road car could achieve, blending cutting-edge technology with motorsport pedigree. The R32 model’s dominant Group A racing roots—spread deep into pop culture via racing games and a seemingly never-ending street-racing-movie-turned-over-the-top action franchise—cemented its reputation as one of the most influential performance cars of its era.
This 1991 Nissan Skyline GT-R is equipped with the legendary RB26DETT—a 2.6-liter, twin-turbocharged inline-six officially rated at 276 horsepower and 260 lb-ft of torque. These figures, however, were deliberately conservative, a result of the Japanese manufacturers’ “gentlemen’s agreement” capping advertised output at 276 horsepower. Paired with a five-speed manual transmission and Nissan’s advanced ATTESA E-TS all-wheel-drive system, the GT-R delivers exceptional grip and balance. The addition of Super-HICAS four-wheel steering (removed on this example but included with the sale) gave the R32 remarkable agility, making it a formidable competitor on both street and track.
In 2024, the car was refinished in its factory-correct Black Pearl Metallic paint and retains its original monochrome two-tone black and gray cloth interior. The seller notes it has been garage-kept since importation, is free of major corrosion, and features cold-blowing air conditioning. Recent servicing and upgrades—including an HKS front-mount intercooler, Mishimoto radiator with dual cooling fans, and a Tomei full titanium exhaust—ensure it’s ready to be enjoyed while preserving its iconic tuner-culture character.
This modified JDM legend shows approximately 123,000 kilometers (~76,500 miles), and is now offered in Texas with some spare parts and a clean Arizona title.
