Description
OFFERED WITHOUT RESERVE
BMW manufactured the Paceman under the Mini brand, serving as the counterpart of the Mini Countryman. The subcompact crossover SUB first debuted at the 2011 North American International Auto Show and hit the roads in 2012. It was offered with a choice of two or four-wheel drive, referred to as ALL4. BMW ended production in 2016 after a four-year production run, due to the model’s proximity to the Countryman in Mini’s lineup.
This 2013 Mini Cooper Paceman S ALL4 features a recently rebuilt factory 1.8L engine, which the seller believes now produces "an estimated 250 brake horsepower." The block was reportedly bored .005 over and built with CP Carrillo 9.5:1 Racing Pistons, treated with anti-friction and oil shedding coatings by Embee, K1 solid Connecting Rods, Kings Racing Bearings throughout Engine, ARP Head Stud and Block Stud KITS, a 47mm Turbo Charger, ECU reprogrammed to match 47mm turbo, rebuilt ported and polished head with all new valves, and a M7 free flow intake.

Ownership History
According to the accompanying CARFAX, this two-owner 2013 Mini Cooper Paceman S ALL4 was sold new in New York and has also spent time in New Jersey and California.
The seller notes, "The vehicle is currently titled in New Jersey, but it's been off the road for the last two and a half years undergoing repairs." While the car is located in California, it will not pass current California emissions requirements due to modifications (re-flashed ECU and oil catch can on EGR system). Subsequently, this Mini is not being offered for sale to California bidders unless the bidder is fully aware it is their responsibility to pass smog."
Additional Notes
According to the seller, this Mini cannot pass a California emissions test in its current configuration, as noted above. Therefore, it cannot be sold to an in-state private party planning to register it for road use.
