The 2008 Saturn Sky Red Line was the high-performance variant of Saturn’s stylish two-seat roadster, introduced as part of GM’s Kappa platform alongside the Pontiac Solstice and Opel GT. Launched in 2007, the Red Line elevated the Sky’s appeal with a turbocharged 2.0L Ecotec engine producing 260 horsepower and 260 lb-ft of torque. Paired with a five-speed manual, the Red Line delivered 0–60 mph in about five seconds, rivaling European competitors at a fraction of the cost.

Distinctive styling cues set the Red Line apart, including unique front and rear fascias, chrome exhaust tips, and 18” polished wheels. Performance upgrades included a sport-tuned suspension with Bilstein dampers, larger brakes, and a limited-slip differential for improved handling. Inside, leather seating and premium trim enhanced comfort without sacrificing the car’s driver-focused character.
