Description
OFFERED WITHOUT RESERVE
The Mazda MX-5 Miata has long been celebrated for its lightweight chassis, balanced handling, and pure driving experience. Since its 1989 debut, it’s become a favorite among enthusiasts and modifiers alike, offering an ideal platform for everything from weekend canyon carving to full-blown race builds. Its simplicity and massive aftermarket support have made it a go-to canvas for creative performance upgrades—including V8 conversions.
This 1994 Mazda MX-5 Miata has been transformed into a stripped-down, track-focused V8 roadster. It features a Ford 302ci V8 paired with a rebuilt five-speed Tremec World Class T-5 transmission. The seller claims the the body has been freshly painted and fitted with a new windshield and Sierra soft top with a glass rear window. Interior features include Kirkey aluminum seats, five-point harnesses, a Momo steering wheel, and push-button start.
Suspension and drivetrain upgrades include powder-coated components, Supermiata bushings, adjustable coilovers with Koni shocks, a Cadillac-derived Getrag Limited-Slip Differential (LSD), and V8 Roadsters tubular subframes and frame rails. The car rides on lightweight 14" Enkei RPF1 alloys and benefits from a recent alignment.
This heavily modified V8-powered Miata blends raw power with lightweight agility. Whether destined for track duty or spirited backroad blasts, it’s ready for its next, white-knuckled owner to take the wheel and enjoy the ride.
