The 1983 Saab 900 Turbo blended Swedish innovation with turbocharged performance. Introduced in the late 1970s, the Saab 900 was already known for its safety, durability, and quirky styling. The Turbo variant, however, elevated the model into a new realm of sportiness and technological sophistication. By 1983, the Saab 900 Turbo featured a turbocharged 2.0-liter inline-four, producing around 145 horsepower. The car’s aerodynamic hatchback design, wraparound windshield, and cockpit-like dashboard reflected Saab’s roots in aircraft manufacturing.  

This 900 Turbo hatchback was acquired by the current owner in 1998 (reportedly from the original owner) and is finished in black over red cloth upholstery. The turbocharged 2.0-liter inline-four sends power to the front wheels through a five-speed manual transaxle, and factory 15” alloy wheels cover disc brakes at each corner. A louvered rear window shade is fitted, and the factory stereo has been replaced by a Kenwood unit with a cassette player.

This Saab is now offered in Nevada with a clean CARFAX history report and a clean Idaho title in the seller's name.
