The 1964 Rolls‑Royce Silver Cloud III is part of the final iteration of the Silver Cloud line, produced from 1963 to 1966. Visually distinguished from its predecessors by its quad-headlamp front end, reduced bumper overriders, and recessed side indicators, it marked a modernized evolution in the iconic design. 

Under the hood sat the renowned 6.2L aluminum V8 engine, carried over from the Silver Cloud II but enhanced with larger SU carburetors, a revised distributor, and higher compression. Though Rolls‑Royce did not officially publish outputs, estimates place power at around 200–220 horsepower, enabling a top speed near 120 mph and respectable performance for such a grand sedan. 

This example benefits from restoration work at Vantage Motorworks under previous ownership, where it received a color change from black pearl to its current metallic sand exterior complemented by cream leather upholstery. The engine compartment features dual SU carburetors, power steering, power brakes, and air conditioning while interior appointments include walnut trim, power accessories, and controls for the electronically adjustable shock absorbers. This Silver Cloud III is now offered on dealer consignment with an owner’s handbook, service records since 2004, and a clean Arizona title in the owner's name.

Ownership History 

This 1964 Rolls-Royce Silver Cloud III was purchased by the current owner in 2004 and has since spent time in Chicago and Arizona alongside other classic luxury cars in the garage. Previously restored at Vantage Motors in Miami, Florida, this Rolls-Royce has seen regular service including a larger repair order for upkeep in 2022 at British Automotive Repair, LLC in Scottsdale, AZ, as well as work in preparation for sale at AZ Collector Cars in Mesa, AZ. It is offered on dealer consignment with a clean Arizona title in the owner’s name.
