Description

OFFERED WITHOUT RESERVE

Early Ford Roadsters have become celebrated icons of early American automotive design, representing the peak of Ford’s pre-war styling and engineering. The cars' lightweight construction and sporty appearance made them popular with early hot rodders and racers, especially after World War II, and this one took the custom route.  In fact, the car uses features from different 1920s and ’30s Fords.

Titled as a 1934 Ford, the car has been turned into a sleek, open-air roadster with refined bodywork and emulates a 1927 T-Bucket (notice its TWENY 7 license plate). It appears to have a Model A frame and the grille of a 1932 Ford, and the hot rod was also the beneficiary of an engine swap — it is now powered by a 5.0-liter V8, paired with a four-speed manual transmission. During its transformation, which took place about 20 years ago, according to the seller, the car also received a new interior with modern AutoMeter gauges.
