The MG MGB represents the consummate British sports car from its era. It was an affordable car that came in several different flavors, from an open roadster to a three-door 2+2 coupe offered with an inline-four, six-cylinder as well as a V8. The car was first launched in September 1962 and saw numerous developmental improvements until the last roadster rolled off the production line in 1980. Today these cars remain an ideal choice for anyone looking to enjoy a classic British roadster on a winding country road or to restore it to concours quality.

Ownership History

This 1974 MG MGB was purchased by the seller in Western Washington in 2018 and has only traveled a limited number of miles since. The previous owner is said to have only driven the car sparingly during the summer months.
