Market commentary

Offered by Bonhams at Quail Lodge in 2002 where it was bid to $230,000. Invoices for $315,000 in restoration costs subsequently, which makes this transaction about a wash, considering carrying costs. The result is indicative of the 427 Cobra market today, but a bit light for the quality and thoroughness of this cars restoration.
