Notes and observations recorded by Hagerty staff.

Equipment

RHD. Victoria top, wicker pannier baskets. Known history since it was rescued from a junkyard in 1928 by George Waterman. Fastidiously restored and in excellent condition although showing some age (esp. the top) and a little dusty. A spectacular automobile and a recent first finisher at Brighton.

Market commentary

This is a real and very impressive artifact from the dawn of the automobile which was appreciated by the RM bidders and brought a good price. Its history is reasonably clear back to its first owner, a rarity among these veterans and its body is almost surely original to the chassis. A great car.
