Private sales activity is down as well, but the decrease wasn't as large as it was for auction activity.</li><li>The number of both mainstream and high-end vehicle owners who think that values are growing has been trending downward for over a year, and at this point <strong>both numbers are at their lowest point since they were first included in the Market Rating nearly a decade ago</strong>.</li><li>With the latest update of the Hagerty Price Guide released on September 1, <strong>the Price Guide section of the rating is at its lowest point since April 2014</strong>.</li></ul></p>
