Drivers of this month's change

Values in the broad market are essentially flat for the first time in eleven months.

High End insured values are up as a whole. While there is little change in valuation decreases, increases are up 44% over this month last year. This is likely seasonal, the result of some strong individual high-end sales in Scottsdale, and over the course of the fall and winter in anticipation of the spring driving season.

Correlated instruments are up with the S&P having a strong month and gold down. More positives are beginning to show up in the general economic scorecard.

Private sales and auction sales are up modestly over the same time period last year.

Expert sentiment is down slightly, effectively canceling out the modest gains above as the general consensus of a cooling market begins to take hold.
