Watch 27 minutes of pure engine bliss from Monza Historic

Monza Historic is a biennial celebration of iconic racing cars, including those from the 1950s or just a few years ago. On top of the Ferraris, Lolas, Aston Martins, Porsches, BMWs and Alfa Romeos, the world’s third purpose-built motor racing circuit hosts an unbelievable range of rarities each year. The 2019 entry list included a TVR, a Saleen, a Bizzarrini, a March, a Spice, a Lister, a TOJ, a Marcos, a Lister, a turbine-powered Howmet, Gebhardts and a couple of Saubers.

Then, you have Group C royalty like the Nissan R90 CK and the Mercedes-Benz Sauber C11, younger endurance icons like the Bentley Speed 8, and GT2 legends like the Toyota Supra Mk4. Add the Americans to the picture represented by the Callaway Corvette Z06.R GT3, Chrysler Viper GTS/R, De Tomaso Pantera Group 4, Saleen S7-R GT1 and a mighty Fox Mustang, and it becomes clear that one weekend is just not long enough to showcase all of these amazing cars.

Watch the above with headphones on, obviously.
