Our Top 10 Songs

In 2010 Hagerty asked its clients to vote on the top car and road songs of all times, and “409” by the Beach Boys came out on top over Commander Cody’s “Hot Rod Lincoln.” But along the way, clients also voted for some truly great Blues and R & B songs. Here are the ten that received the most votes:

“Maybellene” by Chuck Berry
“Mustang Sally” by Wilson Picket
“No Particular Place to Go” by Chuck Berry
“Route 66” by Nat King Cole
“Crossroads” performed by Cream
“Crazy ‘bout My Automobile” performed by Ry Cooder
“Ol’ 55” by Tom Waits
“Roadhouse Blues” by The Doors
“Terraplane Blue”s by Robert Johnson
“Rocket 88” by Jackie Brenson/Ike Turner
