Market commentary

Ford spun off 10 different special editions of the 2016-22 GT, many of them playing on the theme of "Heritage." The Alan Mann version is a tribute to Alan Mann Racing, the English team that raced GT40s in the '60s as well as other Ford products like the Falcon, Lotus Cortina, and Escort. Alan Mann also gave the Mustang its first race victory in 1964. Just 30 examples of this special edition GT were produced for 2022. There were seven different Heritage Edition GTs, and whereas base cars typically sell for just under $1M these days, somewhere around $1.2M is more the norm for the Heritage cars.
