Equipment
A Lamborghini Diablo drivetrain in a new package, only tangentially related to Jerry Wiegert. Nearly like new with only a little seat cushion leather stretch. The original build quality leaves something to be desired, but the paint is good. Jimmy Richardson Collection. No Reserve.
Market commentary
Described as one of 14 factory produced Vector M 12s, which is more the definition of a custom atellier than a factory. Vectors up and down history is the stuff of numerous stories, some apocryphal and some accurate. Good build quality and careful engineering are, however, not among them. This is a garage conversation piece, not an automobile. Its value depends upon how badly the buyers want to generate discussion, and this would seem to be enough, particularly when a real Diablo SV could be had for comparable money.
