Equipment

BMW powered 627hp supercar. A successful exercise in technical innovation and advanced materials. As new with only 460 kilometers. Nice chassis number ... if it were on an Aston Martin. Probably the first McLaren F1 offered at auction.

Market commentary

Gordon Murrays F1 would have been a commercial failure but for the A.C.O.s rules change for Le Mans which made the F1 GTR a racing success. Bid is a 38% discount from sticker, add $200,000 for U.S. certification.
