Equipment

Tube frame solid rear axle silhouette race car with all the trick IMSA Trans Am stuff and a successful race history driven by Paul Newman. Freshly and competently restored to current historic racing condition by the specialists who built it, with 4 races since driven by Newman and Michael Brockman. The cosmetics leave something to be desired but its safety and operating condition is exceptiol.

Market commentary

Bob Sharp says it makes 750+hp and is the best balanced car Paul Newman ever drove. High praise indeed. A standout entry in Historic Trans Am where it will be a crowd favorite, this is one terrific historic race car. Reportedly bid to $130,000 at Christies Rockefeller Center auction last year.
