Condition
Very good paint and graphics, engine compartment had been repainted in prominent areas while the engine remained aged and crusty. Freshly undercoated underbody with heavy overspray on nearly every component. The interior was maintained to like new condition. Attractively touched up where it counts and hastily done everywhere else.
Market commentary
Perhaps surprising to many, 1980s Monte Carlos are one of the most popular cars of the 1980s among collectors, even if they don't show up at the collector car auctions often. They offer a connection to NASCAR for relatively little expense. Worth less than a more powerful Regal T-Type, but with a V8.
