Equipment
1995cc/200hp four-cylinder with single Weber carb and Roots-type supercharger, alloy wheels, Continental tires, Abarth leather-wrapped steering wheel, power windows, tools, jack, spare.
Condition
#3 Good
Runs and drives well. Flaws not noticeable to passersby. Most common condition.
One of roughly 200 Stradale (road cars) built for Group B homologation. Largely original. Rough paint with widespread blistering on the front and rear body panels. Dull wheels, with rusty nuts. Tidy engine. Pitted door handles. Clean interior. Showing 12,433 km, which is believable enough, but this car wasn’t pampered or carefully stored.
Market commentary
This car sold at Artcurial Retromobile in 2012 for $258K, but demand for Group B-era cars grown dramatically in the years since and 037 Stradales have been selling for over half a million dollars in recent years.
