CART chassis 135. Cosworth DFX power (configured for methanol), Hewland gearbox both rebuilt within 150 miles. Good paint, shows some use. Cosmetically restored and represented as race ready. Car card gave SD490 as the number but March chassis plate is plainly visible with the number noted. Friday Prime Time. No Reserve.
Market commentary
A no sale last week at Kruse at a $31,000 reported high bid. This is a good performance value, likely bought for less than the engine and tranny overhaul cost, but still on the money for turbo Indy cars with no particularly wonderful race history. Theyre more than a handful for all but the most experienced and quick hands drivers.
