Condition
Very good paint, noticeable dent to the driverÆs side T-top trim, like new engine compartment, undercoated chassis, fantastic interior. Very attractive and very difficult to find a Æ79 Trans Am with a 400 Pontiac engine instead of the 403 Oldsmobile.
Market commentary
A $20,000 no-sale at Mecum's 2014 Indy auction, essentially sold for the same price this time around. A little less than it might have earned on a good day, but not worth the aggravation to seek out the extra money elsewhere. The market has spoken on this one.
