Market commentary
Sold for $11,880 at Mecum's Kansas City auction in April 2013. This car's condition wasn't markedly improved in the interim and the 2002 market isn't on fire, so it is hard to understand the buyer's decision. Auction costs and transport probably weren't recouped, but we are only talking about a 4-month passage of time.
