Equipment
Alloy wheels, covered lights with plexi nose panel, no A C, Sanyo cassette stereo. Reportedly imported by Holman & Moody to race at Sebring but no race history and a claim that tests credulity. So does the car, with rust bubbles on the left door and rear wheel arch and magnet proof below the beltline. A neglected and quickly dressed up auction car with 40,894 km. and no mention of DOT EPA releases.
Market commentary
This is a healthy bid for an $80,000 Daytona that needs careful attention. It probably can be saved from becoming a bottomless money pit by some quick and careful attention, but only makes sense if its bought right by someone who knows what theyre getting into and has the experience and resources to identify and fix its flaws.
