About Hagerty’s condition ratingsClose

Described as a 'Factory A/C Car' but there's no compressor or plumbing. Dirty gauge faces. Pink everywhere. Good paint, chrome and interior but not necessarily what it purports to be.

Market commentary

Offered at Mecum's Kansas City auction in December with a reported high bid of $42,000, this is not even a particularly good replica of a 440 Six-Barrel Cuda but it brought a wildly superior price. The bidders were blinded by the Moulin Rouge. It would not have been a good value at $35,000.
