Equipment
Converted to Group 4 specs by Brandoli and Sauro in 83 for historic racing. Big 5 spoke alloy knockoffs, brake scoops, air dam, front fender air fences, cold air package. Good older paint now chipped and used but still presentable. Campagnolo wheels in back, Cromodoras in front.
Market commentary
The result, a good price for an ordinary stock Daytona, is a graphic example of the financial folly of finagling a street Ferrari into a quasi competition car. It just doesnt pay. On the other hand, the new owner got a lot of track preparation for almost nothing and should be encouraged to wail on it.
