Market commentary
No result reported. This is the car that famously was bought by Ralph Whitworth at Barrett-Jackson Scottsdale in 2006 for $1,242,000, then sold by RM at the Petersen Museum in LA when Whitworth dispersed most of his collection in 2009 for $264,000. A car more famous for its auction block performance than for its estimable drag strip history.
