Market commentary
It was sold at B J in 2003 for $49,680 with the following car card: Correct parts: carb., manifold, M 22 4 speed transmission, h.d. suspension, 6500 rpm red line tach., power disc brakes, and power steering. All numbers matching for LS 6 equipped car including heads, block, differential and transmission. Title shows actual miles. This car was sold at Newport Beach auction in 1989, stored until 2002 and was represented as an actual LS 6.This is a beautiful, excellent driving and handling, undocumented LS 6 Convertible Chevell SS. The Quail bidders were not, as can be seen by this price, optimistic, and the price is consistent only with a determition of fake.
