Poor repaint, bad hood fit, cheap vinyl top. Decent but dirty interior sith rust under the floormats.

Market commentary

Its unusual to see a Herald thats survived in the States. The floor rust on this one begs the question, did an owner mistake it for its Amphicar cousin at some time and try to see if it floats (it didnt). Worth no more than the amount bid.
