400 330hp, 4 speed, P S, P B, Rally II wheels, red line tires, hood tach, tilt column, AM FM, factory underdash 8 track. Excellent paint, chrome, interior and top. Panels arent as flat as they could but but closely emulate factory. Trunk lid torqued a little. Correct WZ engine markings. Origilly used by Pontiac as a regiol show car and lavishly equipped included a carpeted trunk. Two owners from new, PHS documented. No Reserve.
Market commentary
This result is a very modest price for an exceptiol car with a sound and unusual history and highly desirable options. The price is no more and maybe even a little less than a similarly equipped Firebird convertible would bring after a comprehensive restoration, assigning no value at all to its show car history, limited ownership history and special origil features. It is a good value at this price, a surprise in an auction where Pontiacs were the stars of the show.
