The paint has noticeable swirling. The door alignment is bad and they do not appear fully closed even when latched. The top is old and wrinkled. The engine compartment does present well and is clean, but the interior is aged and the seat covers are blemished and stretched. A scruffy old example of what is otherwise a rare and interesting Cougar.
