Market commentary
365 GTC values took off in Scottsdale 2012 and fed into the result for this singular celebrity-owned 365 GTC here, a triumph of timing. Taking Scottsdale 365 GTC prices as the market baseline, this result is no more than reasonable but in a longer view of history and exclusivity it is a transcendental Ferrari price that is going to be hard if not improbable to maintain. For reference, if it makes any difference, it was a no-sale at RM's Monterey auction in 2000 with a reported high bid of $95,000. Back then the paint color was disrespectively described as 'bubble gum.'
