Equipment
302/250hp, 4-speed, power steering and brakes, Shelby wheels with Goodyear tires, Philco AM radio, tilt steering column, console, documented in the SAAC registry.
Condition
Excellent paint, brightwork and panel alignment other than the deck lid that sits a tad high. The engine compartment looks like it's barely been run, even though this is only represented as a cosmetic restoration. The underbody is also nearly immaculate. The interior is in excellent condition, although the seat belts are faded and likely original. Cosmetically restored, but it was a thorough job and the car has been extensively cleaned up underneath, enough to look better than some cars that are represented as full restorations.
Market commentary
While this is a fully realistic price for a '68 Shelby GT350 convertible it's at least $40,000 more than a comparable S-Code 325hp '68 GT Convertible. This is one of 404 built, not exactly rare and the performance is nothing more than anemic. The Shelby magic still works.
