Market commentary

Reported sold in 1991 at the Rick Cole Newport, California sale for $25,000 where it was said to be owned by Shelby's son. It brought a rather astounding $363,000 here in 2008 after a stellar restoration when Ron Pratte bought it. None of those factors account for its seriously stellar result here amidst a cornucopia of important Shelby cars.
