Equipment
Webers. No racing history, crankcase replaced after blowup. In Matsuda and other collections since about 1980. Poor repaint with some cracks. Drivers door not flush, unfilled holes in the dash. Looks complete and sound, but also neglected and tired of being stored.
Market commentary
Ohhh, this is a neat car, one of 24 reportedly built, but its just a lightweight 911S that had to race in the prototype class and had little noteworthy success except Gerard Larrousses 1969 Tour de France win. Porsche fanatics may put this kind of price on it, but few others recognize its value.
