Equipment
RHD. Better characterized as Lightweight E type ish because the extended nose aluminum bodywork designed by Brian Wingfield replicates none of the original Lightweights exactly. 4.5 liter engine, Dunlop alloy knockoff wheels, 3 Webers, 5 speed Getrag, modern disc brakes, roll bar. Meticulously trimmed and finished to a high standard with excellent cosmetics.
Market commentary
In the States similar projects are called street rods and people routinely pay this much and more for them. Rarely, however, do they have anything approaching this E types handling. A personal statement bought for about half the cost of its creation.
