Vehicle details

Notes and observations recorded by Hagerty staff.

Equipment

Blaupunkt cassette, chrome spoke Borrani wire wheels, P W. A quality older restoration with paint, interior and chrome that is still in very good shape aside from some scuffed trim. All in all a nearly like new 330 GTS that anyone will be proud to drive.

Market commentary

Reported sold at the World Classic auction in Monterey in 1993 for $185,000 when it was freshly restored. Its condition is little if any the worse for wear and the passage of time since then, an endorsement both of the restorations quality and of the care it has received. It is hard to resist a Yellow 330 GTS and the Biltmore buyers responded enthusiastically but reasonable to it.
