Market commentary
With this transaction RM Auctions has now sold it three and a half times: Amelia 1999 for $41,800; Amelia 01 for $51,700; Meadow Brook 2006 where it was erroneously reported sold for $88,000 and now Arizona 07. Offered here in Arizona without reserve, enthusiasm got the better of the bidders and it brought an expensive price for what it is.
