Equipment

As raced and deserving the description rode hard and put away wet. Driven by Rindt, Ickx and Scarfiotti then went to Colin Crabbe and raced by Vic Elford at Monaco 69 (7th). Tired and neglected but complete. Needs to be stripped and reassembled with care and lots of new bits. The magnesium monocoque will be a challenge.

Market commentary

This is a complicated restoration project that will be lengthy and expensive. The new owner should think of it more as an exercise in saving the last Cooper F1 car for posterity than as an investment.
