Equipment

Steerable third axle. Mechanically overhauled by the Modern Bus Company in Mode after leaving service at Ferrari. 6 cylinder diesel engine, 5 speed. Cosmetically origil and as used by Ferrari to transport race cars for some 15 years.

Market commentary

The Antiques Roadshow twins, Leigh and Leslie Keno, were spotted peering over, under and around this old Fiat during the auction, apparently amazed that Tom Shaughnessy had treated it like an antique chest of drawers and not turned it into jewelry. It is an amazing vehicle and worth every penny of the nearly $300,000 spent for it here.
