Equipment

Long nose, alloy body, chrome Borranis. Cossetted car showing only 46,800km. Good cosmetics, little used, highly original and well maintained.

Market commentary

Bought for $238,493 at Brooks Geneva auction in 2000, barely 800km since. (At todays exchange rate this Euro price is 347,090 Swiss Francs; the Swiss Franc price paid in 2000 was 399,500 what appears to be a profit in US dollars is actually a loss of 15% in Swiss Francs.) A good value in Europe, fully but not exorbitantly priced in dollars. Manfred Lampe, Telaio 9 28 03: Ernie Beutler, the former owner of 8123 GTB, just noticed the Bonhams mileage claim on this car. When it was re imported to Europe the odometer had already gone around once. Total mileage was at least 100,000 km more than the 44000 claimed.
