Equipment
426/425 Hemi, automatic, wheel covers with blue line tires, bucket seats, console with shifter, pushbutton AM radio, includes Govier Report.
Condition
Good, smooth paint. The bumpers are new while the trim is old and tarnished. Back window is heavily scuffed and the driver's side door does not close easily. The engine compartment is fully restored and the underbody is excellent. The interior is like new. A relatively recent professional nut and bolt restoration with a few oversights, but the rare Street Hemi under the hood is what really sets this car apart.
Market commentary
Sold at Barrett-Jackson Palm Beach 2008 for $123,200. Even during the pre-recession muscle car boom, that was a lot of money, and although Coronet prices have caught back up, this still isn't a six-figure car. That said, it still deserves more than the reported high bid, at least in the $60's.
