Equipment
427/390hp, 4-speed, wheel covers, red line tires, power steering, power brakes, power windows, tilt steering column, factory AM/FM radio.
Condition
No major chips or scratches, but there is a paint run near where the mirror would be on the passenger's door that was not completely removed. Some factory-like misalignment of the door panels at the quarter edge, color sanded but still has some minor ripples in the paint. Top is new. Wheel covers and grille need polishing. The front bumper extensions have some light pitting. The engine compartment is clean and well maintained but there is a large paint chip in the core support. Heavily undercoated chassis. The exhaust has undercoating on it. Interior is original with light wear. Non-original engine. Bonded title.
Market commentary
Not what it appears to be and therefore heavily discounted. The trouble with swaps for big block engines is that Chevy made any number of specific adaptations to the chassis and suspension to take into account the weight and torque of the big block. A swap may have them, but probably doesn't and that isn't a recipe for satisfying driving. That issue is reflected in this result.
