3 speed converted to 4 speed, Tri Power added, P S, 3.55 Safe T Track. Air Lift rear shocks, Rally II wheels, pushbutton radio, SW tach in dash. Right sill repaired. Fair repaint with some finishing oversights on C pillar. Clean chassis with old undercoat. Doors close well. An OK driver but a PHS documented GTO.
Market commentary
Thursday early. I came across this Goat while the new owner was checking it out and it was clear as a bell that he had never gotten close enough to read the odometer before this trip. Its not right, but its a real Goat in the models purest early guise. Personally Id put a close ratio 3 speed back into it and would seriously consider selling the Tri Power setup to a clone builder. It would still be an exceptionally cool, if not particularly impressive, Goat. At the price the buyer need feel no remorse.
